MOLDS FOR LIPSTICKS
Anticorodal aluminum mold, available tear drop tip, nail tip, Labello flat tip and stylo.
Mirror polished cavities and book opening.
It consists of:
. bottom plate
. mold body, plugs
. extraction plate
. extractor at pegs
Available in various models including the insert one, for the production of multicolor sticks.
MOLDS FOR LARGE STICKS
Anticorodal aluminum mold for the production of large sticks, generally used for correctors, foundations and sunscreens, mirror-polished cavities.
It consists of:
. bottom plate
. body of the mold
. extraction plate
. extractor at pegs
Available in various models including the insert one, for the production of multicolor sticks.
MELTING UNIT
Melting unit for melting products.
Available in various models, depending on the tank capacity.
Stainless steel and anticorodal aluminum structure.
Mixing is managed from above, by means of a motor variator located above the fuser.
The temperature and the mixing speed of the compound are adjustable by means of a special electrical panel.
DOSER
Doser for cast products, with gears.
Prepared for continuous recirculation of the product: in this way the product does not remain stationary in the head of the dispenser during the intervals of the doses, but circulates continuously.
It is supplied complete with an electrical panel, through which it is possible to regulate temperature, speed and quantity.
The dosage is activated by means of the specific pedal, however the connection for the use of a photocell is present on the panel.
MOLD BENCH
Mold heating and cooling bench.
Anticorodal aluminum structure.
Dimensions of the plates 600 * 700 mm each, both equipped with a special electrical panel for temperature regulation.
FLAMING TAPE
Lipstick flaming tape, complete with two infrared radiators adjustable in position and temperature.
The length is generally 4 meters and the width ranges from 150 to 200 mm.
The running speed of the belt is adjustable.
CASTING TAPE
Ribbon for the production of castings products in the bottoms.
It’s composed by:
. melter
. doser
. cooling tunnel
. tape for handling
The length of the tape is about 6 meters, for a width of 400 mm.
SOFT MOLD BENCH
Manual bench for the production of lipsticks with soft molds (silicone ogives).
It is divided into three areas:
. heating zone
. cooling zone
. extraction area, 5 lipsticks simultaneously
The bench capacity is 100 heated ogives plus 100 cooled ogives.
Through the appropriate thermostats, all temperatures can be regulated separately.

SOFT MOLD EQUIPMENT
Manual equipment for the production of lipsticks with soft molds (silicone ogives).
It is made up of two aluminum blocks
one for heating and one for cooling, available with 25 or 50 cavities per block
Vacuum suction:
ability to extract 5 lipsticks simultaneously
The blocks are not autonomous, in order to be used they must be in contact with a hot surface and a cold surface, for example as happens with traditional lipstick molds.
SOFT MOLD
Silicone ogives for the production of lipsticks.
They are available in various models:
DIFFERENT POINTS: tear drop tip, nail tip, square, spherical, Labello flat tip, ergonomic, stylo
DIFFERENT DIAMETERS: 8mm, 11mm, 12mm, 12.7mm
They also allow customization of the lipstick (logo, writing, stick shape)
MASTERS OF SOFT MOLD
Mold in brass or stainless-steel for the production of silicone ogives.
The development and construction of the mold can be customized by adding processes, logos and brands.
